Sādhanā developed from an early-morning daily meditation practice begun in 2025. During meditation, a recurring geometric vision appeared, becoming the starting point for a series of prints made as a tribute to that experience.

The works relate to square breathing, in which inhalation, holding, exhalation and stillness follow an equal rhythm. Using cast ornaments on a FAG proofing press, each square is built line by line, with each line corresponding to the movement of the breath. Repetition gradually accumulates into density, rhythm and form.

The printing itself became an extension of the meditation: a repeated physical action requiring attention, control and presence. Each impression is both a breath and a return to the original vision.
