12 out of 100K was presented at Design Miami in 2024 as a collective exhibition exploring Barcelona’s contemporary design culture. Curated by il·lacions design gallery, the project brought together twelve Barcelona-based creators working across different approaches to design and material practice.

For the exhibition, I created Static Continuum, a 7.32-metre hand-painted mural conceived specifically for the booth. The work draws on Barcelona’s relationship with the Mediterranean, using repeated shades of blue, hand-drawn forms and pixel-like structures to explore movement and stillness, analogue and digital, continuity and transformation.

The mural formed the architectural backdrop to the exhibition, extending the work from image into space.
