Outside In was Zuzunaga’s first independent exhibition in Milan, presented in the Lambrate district during Milan Design Week in 2012. The exhibition marked the official launch of Zuzunaga as a collection and brought together textiles, rugs and objects within a single spatial environment.

At its centre was Integrate: Time and Space, developed with Teixidors. Two craftspeople worked on wooden looms within the exhibition, making the process of hand-weaving visible and placing traditional craftsmanship alongside a visual language originating in the digital image.

The exhibition also introduced new colourways developed for Danskina’s Bravoure rug and brought together the wider Zuzunaga collection of textiles and accessories.
